Sompo Indonesia Supports Mazda CRM

Earlier this year, following success of Mazda Warranty in 2017, Sompo Insurance Indonesia has developed a further cooperation with Mazda by supporting Mazda Customer Relationship (CRM) program. As Sompo Insurance supports Mazda CRM, all services aimed to maintain relationships with Mazda customers will be directly provided by Sompo. Some of the service provided are 24 hours call center for customers, customers complaint-handling, and customers data management. Previously, Sompo has also undertaken a service-related cooperation by providing an Emergency Roadside Assistance to Mazda customers.

This supporting form will extend cooperation list between Sompo Insurance and Mazda as well as expecting both companies to dedicate a lot more for further improvements on service area
